Retreat Curation in Bodrum, Turkey: How Luv Collective Programmed a 5-Night Wellness Retreat for Kobu at Scorpios
We Helped Curate a 5-Night Wellness Retreat in Bodrum, Turkey — Here's What That Actually Looked Like
In September 2025, Luv Collective got to do something we're really proud of.

Kobu — a creative hospitality studio that produces high-end retreats, and also founded by my two amazing friends Marc and Sasha — brought us on to help curate the wellness programming for their retreat at Scorpio's property in Bodrum, Turkey.
The setting was stunning in the Aegean Sea. Five nights, and a guest list of global wellness leaders, founders, and entrepreneurs who are deeply in this industry. People who have been to other incredible retreats and know exactly what a good one feels like.
We started working with the Kobu team in June, so from June through September it was full planning mode — sourcing practitioners from around Europe, building out the itinerary flow, helping coordinate logistics and schedules, and making sure every practitioner showed up prepared and ready to deliver at that level. Not too mention managing many different time zones and meeting times!
What the Retreat Actually Looked Like
Welll, I think you can tell by these photos that it was STUNNING. Every single day was thoughtfully programmed around a theme — nutrition and longevity science, movement and grounding, biohacking and ancient wisdom, stillness and integration. The itinerary wove together morning yoga at the water's edge, contrast therapy, aquatic sound journeys, nature walks, iris analysis, red light therapy at sunset, and closing ceremonies under the stars. Dr. Jonathan Leary, Founder & CEO of Remedy Place, anchored the retreat as the guest expert — leading talks on longevity science, contrast therapy sessions, and intimate Q&As with guests throughout the week.
The Practitioners
We worked with an incredible lineup of practitioners part on this retreat that all brought their special gifts, talents, and education to the guests.
Dr. Jonathan Leary — Founder & CEO of Remedy Place. Led longevity talks, contrast therapy sessions, and Fire & Ice Resilience Ceremonies throughout the retreat.
Yamila — Led daily morning yoga sessions including sunrise flow, grounding practices, somatic movement, and the closing purify & flow class on the final morning.
Oceano — Sound healing and Wataflow aquatic journeys. His Wataflow session — a meditative water experience blending breathwork, Thai massage, and submersion — was one of the most talked-about moments of the retreat.
Malin — Iris Analysis and Detox Pathways workshops. She brought a deeply educational and personalized lens to the retreat, helping guests understand their bodies at a cellular level.
What Retreat Curation Actually Means
When someone hires Luv Collective for a retreat, they're getting months of sourcing, vetting, scheduling, logistics coordination, and session prep (plus years of experience with wellness curation + practitioner management) — so that by the time guests arrive, everything flows. The right teacher for the right session for the right group of people. That's the work, and it takes real time to get right.
It’s honestly one of my favorite things we do. If you're producing a retreat, an incentive trip, or a high-end brand experience and need someone to fully own the wellness side, that's us. We work internationally and we bring the same level of care whether we're booking four tarot readers for a Halloween event in Seattle or curating a five-night longevity retreat on the Aegean Sea.
