Frequently Asked Questions

  • Team-building workshops, brand activations, brand trips, hotel and venue series, off-sites, milestones, holiday parties, and tradeshow booth experiences. We've worked with teams from 4 to 500+. Whether it's a moment for connection or an activation that needs to land, we'll build it.

  • Yes to both. We'll send a COI on request once your event is on our calendar — tell us the additional insureds and any venue limits. W-9 and vendor onboarding paperwork: send it to hello@luvcollective.com and we'll turn it around quickly.

  • Our default contract is sent through HoneyBook, and we're happy to send Word or PDF for legal review. Mark up what you need and we'll work with our team to land it.

  • 3–6 weeks is ideal — more for events that need COIs, vendor onboarding, or multiple practitioners. We can move faster when we have to; flag it as urgent in your inquiry.

  • Yes. Astrology readings, astrology workshops, and tarot all translate well to hybrid setups. We'll set up the tech and coordinate so remote employees feel as included as those in the room.
