Luv Collective, Inc. (“Luv Collective,” “we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy and values your trust. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you of the treatment and handling of personal information that we may learn about you when you visit our website at https://www.luvcollective.com (the “Site”), inquire about or book wellness, experiential, or event-related services, apply to join our practitioner network, communicate with us, engage with our content, or otherwise interact with us online or in connection with our services (collectively, the “Services”). 2.Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy. Your access to and use of the Services may also be subject to our Terms of Use, which govern your access to and use of the Services. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy or, where applicable, our Terms of Use, then you should discontinue use of the Services without providing us with any personal information.

Identifiers
Identifiers such as your first name, last name, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, email address, phone number, billing address, approximate location information, social media handles that you choose to provide, and other similar identifiers.
Professional and/or Employment Information
Information you provide in connection with applications to join our practitioner network or professional relationships with us, such as your business or studio affiliation, certifications or trainings, service offerings, professional biography, website links, social media information, and related professional information.
Financial and Transactional Information
Information related to purchases or transactions, such as billing information, transaction details, booking details, event information, order history, and payment-related information processed through our third-party payment and booking providers. We do not typically store full payment card information on our own systems.
User-generated Content and Communications
Information and content you choose to submit or share through the Services, including communications with us, inquiry submissions, practitioner applications, reviews, survey responses, live chat communications if enabled, and information you provide in connection with event planning or coordination.
Demographics and Characteristics
General demographic information that you choose to provide, such as preferences or characteristics, where relevant to your interaction with the Services. This may include optional demographic information provided by practitioner applicants, such as pronouns, race, ethnicity, or gender identity, which we may collect to support diversity and representation within our practitioner network. We may also collect birth date or birth-related information in limited circumstances where needed to provide requested astrology-related services.
Audio, Visual, or Similar Information
Audio or visual information you provide or that is generated through your interaction with the Services, such as recordings or images, where applicable. For example, practitioner applicants may submit photographs, and in limited circumstances we may record meetings, demonstrations, workshops, or virtual sessions with notice to participants.
Device Information
Information about the device you use to access our Site, such as device type, operating system, browser type, language settings, online identifiers, IP address, and approximate geolocation derived from IP address.
Internet Activity
Information about your activity on the Site and how you interact with it, such as pages viewed, features used, links clicked, referring or exit pages, approximate location derived from IP address, and the date and time of your interactions. This may also include analytics, booking, session, marketing, and related tracking information collected through cookies, pixels, embedded booking or inquiry tools, and similar technologies used by us or our service providers, including tools that help us understand website traffic, measure campaign performance, and improve the Site and Services.

The Services are not intended for users under the age of 16 and Luv Collective does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 16. In limited circumstances, we may receive information relating to minors in connection with a parent’s or guardian’s booking of an event or service. If you provide us with information relating to a minor, you represent that you are the minor’s parent or legal guardian, or that you otherwise have appropriate authority to provide the information to us, and that we may use the information solely for purposes of coordinating and providing the requested Services. Managing our relationship with you, responding to your inquiries or requests, requesting feedback, and communicating with you regarding bookings, events, practitioner applications, and related services;
Processing and coordinating bookings, event logistics, scheduling, payments, and other outreach activities;
Creating, generating, or facilitating requested astrology-related materials or services where birth-related information is voluntarily provided by a user;
Evaluating practitioner applications and professional relationships with practitioners and service providers;
Maintaining practitioner profiles, service offerings, and related network information;
Operating, maintaining, and improving the Services and Site;
Administering promotions, newsletters, surveys, marketing communications, and other outreach activities;
Monitoring and analyzing the performance of our Site, communications, advertising, booking tools, and related technologies;
Detecting security incidents and protecting against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecuting those responsible; and
Complying with legal and regulatory obligations.

In some instances, service providers will be directly responsible to you for their use of your personal information. They may be obliged by law to provide you with additional information regarding the personal information that they hold about you and how and why they process that information. Business partners, such as when we share event, booking, participant, or preference information with practitioners, venues, event organizers, or other third parties as reasonably necessary to coordinate or provide requested Services.
Advertising networks and analytics providers to provide you with relevant marketing, measure the effectiveness of our advertising, understand how users interact with the Site, and improve our marketing and Services.
Advisers and financial institutions, including auditors, payment processors, banks, insurers, accountants, and legal, tax, and risk and compliance advisors.
With third parties in connection with a change to the control or financial status of the company, including a corporate restructuring, sale, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, transfer, assignment of assets, or business merger or divestiture. For security purposes, we may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before processing certain requests.
