Your practitioner will guide the yoga session, then lead everyone into a soothing sound bath using crystal or Tibetan bowls and calming sound tools. Available in 50+ cities.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Our most-loved pairing. We open with a fully-led group yoga class to bring everyone into their bodies, then move into a sound bath to drop deeper. One flowing experience, fully held from start to finish. Setup, teardown, and pre-event coordination are included.

  • About 2 hours total — typically 60 minutes of yoga followed by 45–60 minutes of sound bath, with a soft transition between. We can shorten or extend to fit your day.

  • It depends! Sometimes it's one practitioner cross-trained in both yoga and sound, holding the whole experience start to finish. Sometimes it's two — a yoga teacher and a sound healer leading together. Once you book, we see who's available for your date and location, and pair you with your practitioner(s).

  • 4–20 works beautifully — enough to feel held without losing the personal energy. For larger groups, we'll bring additional practitioners so the experience stays grounded.

  • Comfortable clothes guests can move and lie down in. Each guest needs a yoga mat, a blanket, and a pillow. We'll send a checklist with your confirmation. If your venue can't provide these, let us know and we'll source rentals.
